KANKAKEE, IL - (September 30, 2020) – The City of Kankakee’s Citizens Advisory Board (CAB) held their first two orientation meetings for new board members in August and September. The CAB is a 22-person volunteer board comprised of citizens residing in Kankakee with a few seats for representatives of Kankakee agencies that address issues of quality

Kankakee, IL – Early voting has begun and will continue to take place now through November 2, 2020 ahead of election day on November 3, 2020. The Kankakee County Clerk’s office announced 469 people casted their vote on the first day of early voting, the highest participation they have ever had on the first day.
