Kankakee, IL – The need for food and supplies continues to increase as food pantries nationwide are reporting higher numbers in requests during the COVID-19 pandemic. Last year, both hospitals in the City of Kankakee partnered with the Northern Illinois Food Bank to host a mobile food pantry once a month in the community.
