AUCTIONS AND AUCTIONEERS

Sec. 7‑01. License for Auctioneers‑Required.

No person shall engage in the business of auctioneer without first obtaining a license from the City under the general licensing provisions of this Code. (Code 1965, Sec. 32.01)

Sec. 7‑02. Fee for auctioneers.

The license fee for the license required by section 7‑1, shall be as described in Chapter 21 Sec 21.04 of this Municipal Code. (Code 1965, Sec. 32.01; Ord 04-92)
